How the appointment works

  1. Beforehand, 2 minutes

When you book, tell us the location or upload a massing model. We pull the official data and the surrounding context in advance, so there's no loading time once you're here.

  2. During the appointment, 20 minutes

We work with your site: massing, key figures, a second variant, then the visualization. You'll see exactly how fast this actually goes.

  3. At the end, 8 minutes

You take the images and key figures with you, plus an honest read on whether the workflow fits your projects or not.

What you can bring

  • Just an address. That's enough for the city model and its surrounding context.
  • Or a simple 3D massing model in .ifc, .rvt, .skp, .3ds, .3dm, .stl, or one of around ten other formats.
  • Or nothing at all. Then we'll use a sample project from Magdeburg.

Come by TB 25 anyway, we'll fit you in between appointments. Or join us in the evening at the ENVOLA event.

How much context is in the image is a choice

A building rarely stands on an empty field. The existing context comes in as an LOD2 massing or a textured version, without anyone modelling it. For proving a design fits its surroundings, that's the difference between an argument and evidence.

The same massing model in Magdeburg with a textured surrounding context, the Elbe and Magdeburg Cathedral visible.
