Residential quarter in a competition process

CECON developed and communicated a competition design for a 50-unit serial timber-hybrid residential quarter in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Pelicad replaced a workflow of Twinmotion plus post-production in Photoshop.

  • Quickly iterate on different facade studies.
  • Create compelling competition visuals from an early design stage for jury communication.
  • Include the real heritage-protected surroundings without additional modelling.

Serial renovation of an existing building

In Fellbach, CECON Buildings completed a core renovation and additional storeys. The project follows the EH55 standard, raising energy efficiency and acoustic performance to new-build level.

  • Create high-quality interior and exterior visuals directly from the BIM model.
